Terms of Sento Medical
At Sento Medical we have contracts with all health insurers in the Netherlands. This means that in most cases the cost of physiotherapy is claimed directly from your insurer by us.
How does it work with your insurance?
- Check your policy: Before you start with us, it is important to check your policy conditions. Check whether you are insured for physical therapy and, if so, for how many treatments. This way you can avoid surprises. Yes we can also see this, but we cannot, for example, see whether you have already had physiotherapy elsewhere in the year.
- Supplementary insurance: Do you have supplementary insurance for physiotherapy? Then we arrange the declaration directly with your health insurance company. You don’t have to worry about this.
What if you are uninsured or underinsured?
- Don’t have supplemental insurance for physical therapy?
- Or have you exceeded the maximum number of reimbursed treatments?
In these cases, you can pay for the treatment directly at the end of the treatment at our practice.
Payment terms
- Payment term: Do you receive an invoice from us? If so, payment is due within thirty days of the invoice date.
- Reminder and reminder: If payment has not been received after 30 days, we will send a reminder. If payment remains outstanding even after 14 days after this reminder, a reminder will follow.
- Collection Costs: Should there still be no payment after the reminder, we are forced to take collection measures. All resulting costs will then be borne by the patient.
