Based on this analysis, we create a personalized treatment and training plan. This plan usually combines several effective techniques:

Every rehabilitation begins with a comprehensive intake. We listen, analyze and test. Then together we draw up a rehabilitation plan in which we set realistic goals: proper and responsible movement, sport-specific load capacity, return to competitions or performance.
